The customer required a customized insulated glass solution, including two types of glass:
- Curved Insulated Glass: The glass needed to maintain structural strength and insulation and soundproofing performance while being curved to meet different window design requirements.
- Flat Insulated Glass: The customer required standard-sized, precisely cut flatInsulated glass to ensure a perfect fit within the window structure during installation.
Additionally, the customer emphasized the glass’s thermal insulation performance during cold North American winters and hot summers, requiring the glass to effectively insulate, soundproof, and provide excellent visual effects.
Our Solution
To meet the customer’s needs, VSOM GLASS provided a customized insulated glass solution using the following specifications:
- 5mm Brown زجاج صلب + 12A (with Black Aluminum Spacer) + 5mm Clear Tempered Glass
This combination ensures high strength, excellent insulation, and soundproofing performance while meeting the curvature and visual effect requirements. Each piece of glass was processed with strict craftsmanship to ensure outstanding thermal, soundproofing, and structural integrity.
