Project Background
Recently, VSOM GLASS completed a custom glass project for a European client, providing multi-specification Clear Float Glass products for fish tank production.
The client is mainly engaged in fish tank production. This project was the 7th cooperation between both parties. Based on previous project collaborations, both parties have established good cooperation and understanding, which led the client to choose VSOM GLASS again for customized glass products required for fish tank production.
Client Requirements
During the production of fish tanks, glass thickness specifications need to be selected according to the design and structural requirements of different products. Therefore, the client required multiple specifications of Clear Float Glass to meet the production needs of different fish tank products.
According to the client’s requirements, this project needed to provide Clear Float Glass products in different thickness specifications of 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, and 12mm, to match different glass requirements during the subsequent production process.
Meanwhile, the client had requirements for the transparency, surface quality, and specification consistency of the glass products, ensuring that the glass could meet the application requirements during fish tank production.
VSOM GLASS Solution
To meet the client’s requirements for multi-specification glass products, VSOM GLASS provided a customized Clear Float Glass solution according to the client’s production requirements, ensuring that products with different thickness specifications could meet the client’s subsequent production applications.
1. Multi-Specification Clear Float Glass Supply
For the production requirements of different fish tank products, VSOM GLASS provided Clear Float Glass products in multiple thickness specifications of 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, and 12mm.
As a commonly used flat glass material, Clear Float Glass features uniform thickness, smooth surface, and excellent optical performance, maintaining a clear visual effect and meeting the application requirements of fish tank products for clear display effects.
2. Product Quality Control
During the production process, VSOM GLASS manufactured the products according to the client’s requirements and inspected the glass thickness, surface quality, and overall condition to ensure that products with different specifications met the project delivery requirements.
Through quality control during the production process, the products could meet the subsequent fish tank production requirements after delivery to the client.
3. Packaging and Transportation
Considering that the glass products required long-distance international transportation, this project adopted plywood crate packaging to protect the glass products and reduce the risk of possible damage during transportation.
After production and quality inspection, this batch of glass products was shipped to the European client by full-container transportation, ensuring successful export delivery.
Project Outcome
This project successfully completed the production, quality inspection, packaging, and export transportation processes of multi-specification Clear Float Glass, and completed product delivery according to the client’s requirements.
By providing Clear Float Glass products in different thickness specifications of 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, and 12mm, VSOM GLASS met the client’s procurement requirements for different glass specifications during fish tank production. Meanwhile, through standardized production arrangements and quality inspection processes, the products were ensured to meet the client’s usage requirements upon delivery.
From glass customization to export delivery, all processes of this project were carried out according to the client’s requirements, providing stable material support for the client’s subsequent fish tank production.
Conclusion
This project was the 7th cooperation between VSOM GLASS and the European client. Through previous project collaborations, VSOM GLASS has continuously provided glass products that meet the client’s production requirements and accumulated more project experience in the fish tank application field.
