Recently, VSOM GLASS customized a batch of decorative tempered laminated glass for an overseas interior design project, which was applied to bathroom partitions and door areas.
With the increasing focus on spatial details in modern interior design, bathroom glass is no longer only used for space separation, but has also become an important element affecting the overall design style. For this project, the client hoped that VSOM GLASS could provide a glass material different from ordinary clear glass, which could ensure bathroom privacy while adding a more unique visual effect to the space.
Based on this requirement, we provided 12mm ultra-clear tempered laminated glass. Through the laminated process, the fabric texture effect and frosted effect were integrated into the glass, achieving a combination of functionality and design.

Ultra-Clear Tempered Laminated Glass Solution: Combining Fabric Texture and Frosted Effects
To meet the client’s requirements for design effects and functional performance, VSOM GLASS provided 12mm ultra-clear decorative tempered laminated glass. This solution combines different glass processing techniques, allowing the glass to achieve decorative effects, privacy protection, and safety performance at the same time.
The product consists of two pieces of ultra-clear tempered glass, with a fabric texture decorative layer and frosted film layer integrated between the glass through the laminated process.

Processing and Quality Control
Since this product adopts a structure combining ultra-clear tempered glass with multiple laminated materials, special attention was required during processing to ensure the compatibility between different materials and the overall performance of the finished glass.
During production, we processed the glass according to the dimensions and application requirements provided by the client, while strictly controlling key procedures such as tempering and lamination to ensure stable structural performance.
Meanwhile, considering the special visual effects brought by the fabric texture decorative layer and frosted film layer, we paid close attention to the texture presentation after lamination, the bonding condition between layers, and the overall consistency of the glass surface, ensuring that the final products achieved the client’s expected design effect.
After processing, we conducted appearance inspections and quality verification to ensure that the products met the client’s requirements for dimensions, visual appearance, and performance.
Packaging and Delivery
After all glass products were completed and passed quality inspections, we developed a suitable packaging solution based on the characteristics of decorative tempered laminated glass.
Since glass is a fragile material, it is necessary to avoid edge impact and surface damage during transportation. Therefore, we used sealed wooden crates and added protective materials inside to provide multiple layers of protection for the glass.
At the same time, the packaging design fully considered the stability requirements during long-distance transportation, reducing potential impacts during transit and ensuring that the products could be safely delivered to the client while providing reliable support for subsequent installation applications.
