The glass and the interlayer are firmly bonded through high-temperature and high-pressure processing, and during the process, we ensure the interlayer remains intact and free of bubbles, improving the overall stability and service life of the glass.
- Strict Quality Inspection: Each piece of glass underwent comprehensive checks for light transmittance, flatness, interlayer integrity, and surface smoothness, ensuring that the product met high standards and satisfied the client’s requirements for both safety and aesthetics.
- Professional Packaging and Transportation: Professional packaging with cushioning and fixation structures was used to prevent collisions or scratches during transport, ensuring the glass arrived on site safely and intact.
The entire solution runs through the full process, from custom processing and edge treatment to laminated processing, packaging, transportation, and other related steps. Each stage is centered on the client’s requirements, ensuring high quality and high reliability of the final product.
