The glass in this project had very precise size requirements. Every sheet of glass needed to be custom-made to fit perfectly on-site. - High-Safety Tempered Glass and Laminated Glass Technology
To meet the client’s high strength and safety requirements, we provided 5mm + 2.28mm Frosted PVB + 5mm Clear Tempered Laminated Glassand 12mm Clear Tempered Glass.
- Clear Tempered Glassoffers excellent impact resistance, effectively withstanding external pressure and preventing glass breakage, ensuring structural stability and safety of the railing.
- Clear tempered laminated glass is manufactured using a tempered lamination process, where two sheets of tempered glass are bonded together with a PVB interlayer under high temperature and pressure. Even if the glass breaks, the PVB film firmly holds the fragments in place, preventing them from scattering and further enhancing safety.
The combination of these two types of glass ensures both safety under strong impact and superior aesthetic qualities, meeting the dual requirements of safety and visual effect for the railing project.
- Precise Customization and Cutting Technology
We used advanced cutting and processing techniques to ensure every sheet of glass was precisely sized. Whether for tempered or laminated glass, all pieces underwent strict dimensional checks to ensure perfect compatibility with the railing installation requirements. - Efficient Production and Shipping Management
