To ensure the partitions were both beautiful and durable, we carefully selected high-quality stainless steel profiles, door handles, hinges, and floor springs that perfectly matched the glass design. Transportation was a major challenge in this project. The shipping method provided by the client’s designated freight forwarder could not secure the glass firmly in the vehicle, making it prone to damage during transit. To prevent this, we designed a targeted packaging solution:- 15mm Clear Tempered Glass: First, the glass was packaged with wooden crates, then securely fixed onto iron frames, and finally placed in the middle of the vehicle and secured to ensure stable and safe transportation.
- Hardware Components: Items were packed in cardboard boxes, placed inside wooden crates, and secured with protective film to prevent collisions or damage during transit.
With this approach, all clear tempered glass and hardware components were successfully delivered to the client’s North American office without any damage, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
