In this project, we provided custom 10mm digital printing glass for a client in Libya, used in the design of skylights and windows.

We selected high-quality clear tempered glass and utilized advanced digital printing technology to ensure the patterns on the glass are clear and durable. All glass panels underwent strict quality testing to ensure that their tempering process meets international safety standards, and the printed patterns are resistant to wear, maintaining their visual impact over time.

The glass not only needs to be precisely cut to fit the skylights and windows but also requires the digital printed patterns to be accurately aligned. - Solution
We adopted advanced cutting technology to ensure each glass piece’s dimensions are precise, with a tolerance of ±0.5mm. The digital printed patterns were applied with precision, ensuring that each design was accurately printed on the glass surface, maintaining consistency and accuracy across all pieces.
