Project Background
This project involves the customization of gray-brown tempered hot melt glass for a North American furniture manufacturing client. The client had very high requirements for the glass’s pattern and color in their furniture design, demanding that it perfectly match the pre-production samples to ensure the overall design effect of the furniture. Execution Process
During the project, there was an initial miscommunication about the cost of custom molds, which caused some concerns regarding the progress of the order. However, after several rounds of confirmation and coordination by our team, the cost and production schedule issues were resolved, and the order was brought back on track.
