Project Requirements
The client’s core requirement was to provide custom glass suitable for their ovens. Since ovens operate at very high temperatures, the glass needed to offer excellent heat resistance and strength. At the same time, the client had high demands regarding the glass’s appearance, expecting a smooth, uniform coating without any imperfections to match the modern minimalist design of their ovens. To meet these needs, we provided 6mm black tempered glass, designed to balance both heat resistance and aesthetic appeal.

Technical Challenges
During production, we encountered the following two main technical challenges:
- Balancing Glass Heat Resistance and Strength
Ovens operate at extremely high temperatures, meaning the glass must not only possess good heat resistance but also maintain its structural integrity to prevent cracking or warping in such a high-temperature environment.
